Delicious Marinade (Tuna Steaks)

Options
2 Tuna Steaks, raw (3.5oz)
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Mix together all ingredients in a shallow mixing bowl or freezer bag. Marinade tuna steaks in mixture for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. To cook: throw the tuna steaks on a searing hot frying pan or grill. Cook for 3 min on both sides. Do not over cook. Tuna should be pink in the center and browned on the outside.

Super delicious, super easy. Serve with rice and steamed veggies.

    Thank you! The last time I made tuna steaks I just seasoned the outsides and they were kinda blah. I'm going to take them out of the freezer and marinate them. Debbie
