Billy Blanks tae bo will destroy you! Lol

Did you sync it in the MFP app and Fitbit app? Mine works although it doesn’t always update right away. Sometimes there’s a delay.
-
I get super dizzy after I work out if I don’t eat enough before. I pretty much have to eat a meal before the gym and it totally defeats my purpose! Lol I did notice propel water helps me so it could be my electrolytes.

I love beer. So many damn tasty craft beers out there and I can’t have any while dieting unless I starve myself!
-
Mine isn’t syncing either but I just upgraded my Fitbit to the new one and thought that was the problem. Glad it’s not just me tho.

Beer. Definitely beer. It’s my stress relief and my social outlet. And now that it’s summer I’m going out a few times a week. Even just a few beers prevents any weight loss.

10 pounds is great. I’ve only lost 2 since Jan 2.

I found its better to ignore Fitbit calories. I actually use my iPhone step counter calories instead. There is a significant difference for some reason. For example, let’s say I took 7000 steps. Fitbit credits me 250 calories. iPhone only 50. That’s huge. I found I wasn’t losing with the Fitbit. However to be fair, I’ve…

When I screw up and over eat, or drink to much beer, I just try to counteract it. On YouTube go do a 15 minute Walk Away the Pounds video. It’s easy and helps burn that candy bar to balance things out!

I totally get it! I have a coworker who is eating 800 calories a day and it mostly consists of boiled eggs and rice cakes. Drives me crazy how people don’t understand CICO and think they have to follow some fad diet.
-
Eat less during the week and save up those calories. And workout more. Keep the total calories-in lower regardless of how much you drink. I didn’t follow this rule this summer and gained 7 pounds since July! Stupid beer!

I found the MFP step tracker calorie credits incredibly inaccurate. If I take 8,000 steps MFP synced to my iPhone only gives me like 100-150 calories like yours. But if I sync it to my Fitbit it gives me like 400-500 calories. I'm set to not active. I haven't been trying to lose weight this summer so I'm not sure which is…

It still amazes me that there is that much of a difference.

I'm on my last 10 pounds at 143 so every little thing counts at this point. Maybe I should just go with the lower number. But I'm tired of dieting, and really want to eat those other 300 calories! I'm quite active as I work in a hospital so I move around a lot oat days, so I feel the 32 calorie credit is not accurate at…

I have a Jawbone Up Move that I wear as a pedometer and I have MFP synced with the UP app and it gives me my estimated BMR. The more I move around and exercise the more my BMR goes up. It's totally changed my dieting and activity. I never took into account how inactive I would be some days and eat too much. My BMR is quite…

I can't get my iPhone to work either. It says it's connected but always shows 0 steps.

Google weight loss woosh.
-
I like Fit and Lean meal replacement on Amazon. Pretty tasty and has other vitamins added.
-
For what it's worth, in relation to the exercise calories burned, I wear a heart rate monitor and find that it is a significantly higher not lower calorie burn than what MFP is saying I burned. Not sure if others have the same issue.

I drink a protein shake mixed in almond milk, sometimes water in a shaker cup. Takes 2 minutes to make. Keeps me full for a few hours.

I hit 10.8 pounds at weigh in today. It's my 14th week at 1300 calories. I slipped a few days here and there that slowed me a bit. But now I'm averaging a pound a week.
-
Only weigh once a week. That helps me keep from getting frustrated, because really, how much weight are we really going to lose in one day? I've lost 10 pounds in 13 weeks and one of those weeks I gained 2 pounds while only going over 1300 calories a day once. But the next week I was back down again. I blame water weight.…

I bought Vega One because it had a little bit of everything in it. It was the grossest thing I've ever drank. I tried mixing it in with smoothies and having the serving size, nothing helped. I gave it away. And it was extremely expensive. Someone told me that all vegetarian protein is chalky like that. Not sure if it's…

I don't buy into everyone saying the muffin top is being caused by pants that are too tight. My pants fit just fine and they're mid rise but my actual stomach is 3 inches bigger all the way around than my hips. Has nothing to do with my pants. It's called beer and pizza belly! I can't even stand high-rise pants, the…

I take every other day from both. I only workout every other day and do nothing but eat in a deficit on the other days. Steady losing 1-1.5 a week.
-
All of my dinners are under 300 calories. Combinations of chicken breast, which is very low cal and high protein and veggie combos. I admit, I'm getting kind of sick of chicken!

I think I may be having the same problem. 20 pounds in three years and I've only lost four in two months of going to the gym three days a week and counting calories every day. I'm going to have it taken out soon, I'm hoping this will help
-
I totally understand. I just joined the gym this week and am totally intimidated by everyone working so hard and they all look in decent shape. I'm so out of shape that I can barely make it 30 minutes. Could only do 15 on day 1. I want to go to the classes, but I feel too out of shape. Like I can't hang with them. But my…

Yeah, I use runkeeper also and have never had a problem with it.
