I've been in and out of WW for years, have just discovered MFP and loving it so far, have never counted calories always done points or units so it's something new for me. I think it's helping me be a bit more focused bcos I knew points inside out but I have to think about calories now. Good luck!!

Thanks for the replies, I'm 235lbs I have thought on occasion that it seemed a bit too good to be true, I did 25 mins on it the other day and it told me 622 cals?? If I cant rely on the computer whats the best way to estimate cals burned??

Hi Just joined a week ago too, have about 80lbs to lose, love love love food so it's a daily struggle for me to be good, today is day 7 so I'm hoping for a good result tomorrow on the scales, good luck to you!!

Thanks for the reply Russ, Tanning I'm just trying to get to grips with it myself but so far I just add in what I eat every day and any exercise that I do and hope to see the results, 1st weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed, have been "good" this week so really hoping I can keep it up have lots to lose !!
