    Thank ya'll sooooo much!!! Kind words of encouragement are truly needed right now!! I started in January with a local Total body Boot Camp 5 days a week. The instuctors are absolute Angels sent from Fitness heaven!! They give you all the tools you need and are truly supportive in Every aspect even down to helping you choose the right foods for you. I owe allot of this to them!

    I'm at a point that I am beginning to struggle due to life changes. I've recently just split from a 9 year relationship. Which not only did I lose him, but the majority of my "friends" with it. What little support system I had I feel I have none now :( I'm moving to a new city in 2 weeks and a new job, and I am praying that these will all be positive for myself and not let me get distracted. I also hope that this move gives me a new boost of confidence to be able to meet new people that accept me for ME!

    I love that MFP peeps give such a great support system!! I truly appreciate each and every one of you! :)

    Hi. Reading your story reminded me of one of my favorite quotes by Churchill. It is too dramatic but it says: " If you're going through hell, keep going."

    Just look at what you have accomplished so far and know that it's amazing and you only need to keep going!
