Well done you, its an amazing feeling isn't it. When I first ran 5K without stopping I was absolutely elated, I was up in the clouds, it was the best feeling ever. When I run I have an air of, 'Yer, look at me, I'm a jogger'. :smiley:

like you couldn't do it even if someone held a gun to your head? - this one I do work outs I find on YouTube, I did this today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGFcjflwRUQ 15 reps an exercise, I could not do 15 reps per exercise and see to the end a 30 minute workout with 3 kg weights. Boo hoo I'm a whimp.

Thanks BFDeal it is a constant distraction, some weeks I don't even think about, some days I break into a sweat resisting it other times, I shove my face in it and regret it the next time I stand on the scale lol.
