In the end of 2013 I decided to change my life. My weight was about 205, my height is 5.479, I felt bad, complex, not confident, abnormal, didn't want to go to the beach etc.

I did not have money for protein, sometimes I used to go walk to the gym for 45 minutes one way, no car, did not have money for the bus, today Im ok, life really changed.

So I used to have Levi's jeans 35 size, now 31-32.

It tooks me about 1 year to be in shape !

    I can't tell you how inspiring this is for me. My stats are about the same 5-6 and started at 215. I want to have a body like yours so bad. All the things you said are how I feel. bad, complex, not confident, abnormal, didn't want to go to the beach etc
