I was advised to always switch things up as our body does get used to it. Maybe do a consistent steady pace (low or higher intensity) for certain days at various duration of time, and on other days do HIIT (10 minutes warm up, followed by 10sec super fast, and 10 secs break, repeat this for 10 minutes, then cool down) etc.…

Nah, that's why they're called predictions. Besides, I just treat them as motivation. When you eat well and within your calorie, the number looks very encouraging. I'm consuming Nutrilite's Positrim - Chocolate, Coffee and Vanilla flavours. Also Cosway's Soy & Whey protein - French Vanilla flavour. Positrim is sweeter and not as densed. I love it, love it!! I used to use a stationery bike before, and it was good. I switched to an elliptical and it's amazing!! In the 2 months I've used it, I lost over 20 lbs, and my love handles have reduced too. I actually have a shape (and it's no longer round) :smile:

Go see a doctor and a nutritionist. You lived on 500 calories for more than a year, it might have caused harm internally although you've lost weight, you were starving yourself. That's the best advise I can give you. Good luck!

Happy that it worked for you. I tried just watching my diet but it didn't yield or last. Once I started incorporating exercises, I begin to see solid results. More importantly, my body is beginning to sculpt and shape. So for me, it's a combination of diet and exercise.
