For now I am just watching my calories but I am hoping to start back to walking in January. Being consistent in my portions and keeping track of my food is what helps me alot.

We have Nature's Own Bread here in North Carolina. I get the one with double fiber at our Sam's store but it comes in several different kinds.

I have always heard thats anything you drink that has 0 calories you can count. Personally I can't stand drinking water unless I am really thirsty. I drink alot of tea made with sweet n low and I would count that.

I actually made little pizzas the other night and used the thin sandwich bread. On each half I put 1/8 cup of pizza sauce, 1/8 cup of 2% mozzerella cheese and 3 turkey pepperonis. I put them in my toaster oven for about 8 minues and they were great. Each half was 114 calories.

I agree, I try to do three meals with 2 snacks for the day. Now I am usually still hungary during the day and when I go to bed but I look at it that hopefully that means my stomach is shrinking. I try and put all my food in for the day in the morning so I know how much I have for snacks during the day. I just ate at Panera and my whole meal was 350 calories. I had the u pick 2 and had half a caesar salad without the crutons and a cup of black bean soup and a bag of baked chips. It was delicious.

Bird's Eye has a steamable brown rice that is delicious. It only makes about 2 cups of rice so you don't have alot leftover. Its with the other bird's eye frozen steamable bagged vegetables.

I made this tonight but used eggbeaters instead of real eggs so I had to cook it about 12 minutes in the microwave but it was real good. I also put it in a pie plate and added some sugar free cool whip. It really was good!!! Thanks for the recipe.
