Ive also been thinking of giving up my coffee but i just cant do it LOL. I drink about 4 cups a day and with that and then i take 2 green tea pills at lunch and im so jittery mabey i should cut down on the coffee. Even if it doesnt significantly help drop the weight im glad its full of antioxidants. :)

Ive always heard that alcohol si fattening. I dont usually drink during the week but if a bbq comes up or whatever i will have a few jack and cokes or 3 or 4 beers and i dont usually see a difference in my weight loss. I think if you workout harder and have a few extra calories it kinda cancels the extra calories out, im…

I really liked how she wont let you stop, and she really pushes you. I bought it at amazon.com for 8.99 but i also bought a book and the biggest loser cardio max workout for a total of 25 dollars so i wouldnt have to pay shipping. OMG i am so out of shape!!! I just finished the 30 day shred level 1 and i am feeling the pain. My body feels like jello. Has anyone else tried this workout?

Ya they had all the biggest loser dvds on sale and all the jillian dvds on sale and if you click on the jillian dvds they show a clip of the workout :)

Thanks to you all who posted about the biggest loser dvds yesterday, because right after i read it i whent to amazon and got the cardio max and the 30 day shred with jillian. I am so excited about it and cant wait to get them in the mail!!! And it was a nice bonus that they were on sale for $8.99 :)

I only tried it once and mabey it wasnt a good brand but i didnt like it at all, i guess its supposed to be a healthy snack dip for veggies and pita a better alternative to say ranch :)

Well some days im fine and am not too hungry but other days like today i just cant stop eating i cant satisfy my hunger and i will try and eat a apple or carrots or light popcorn but im still hungry and i will drink a ton of water to try and fill myself up but nothing works does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this…

I know its hard to cut out alcohol, something is always coming up around here. A birthday or a anniversary or say in about a week cinco de mayo is here and you know there will be tequila involved and its just a waste of calories. So good luck i know i need it also. :smile:

Ya i dont like working out on the machines they are to close and its just overwhelming for me when i walk in and everyone is looking at me or atleast thats how it seems.

Thanks for the advice :smile: I workout probably 4 to 5 days a week but i only do about 30 minutes on the eliptical or do a kickboxing workout that i have on tivo from fitness tv so i probably only burn 200-440 calories depending on what i do. I just cant seem to stay on the eliptical any longer i used to be able to stay…
