How did you get on I did it - Took just under 10 hours and was shattered. Feet good but legs and knees were sore. Great night though thrilled to have finished it.

First photos was taken 2 years ago. I only started my new lifestyle in September 2010 but there are so few photos of me cos I hate having them done that I had to use that one.

No love bread and pasta so it would kill me to do no carbs. Portion control, low fat (under 4g per 100 wherever possible) and excercising.

I am following the guide on calories set by MFP but I am more a low fat follower. Foods which are less than 4g of fat per 100g . I did years ago after reading one of Rosemary Conleys books and lost 5 stone. A food diary is also the key for me. Tracking everything really helps which is why MFP is perfect for me. It makes me…

Im from London I have found quite abit of stuff in tesco and Lidls. Lidls is quite suprising they dont do a low cal range but there steamed meals and frozen fish are a godsend. Always have some in the freezer for when the rest of the family are having a takeaway

I have been walking during my lunch breaks - now I am cycling to and from work (not everyday but couple of times a week. I find if its part of my working day I can do it. Evenings are for kids and homework, housework etc
