Exactly 4 months tomorrow that I started this journey and have now lost 46 lbs and am now in the healthy zone on the BMI Scale and on the Body Fat Index. Yipppe feel so good :)

I've got a picture on my pictures to show all the stages.

    It was the same for me. It took me four months. I lost approx. 30 lbs and reached the middle of my BMI.
    Way to go! I know the feeling. I have since set my MFP setting to "Maintain" and am staying right on track.

    Great job. I'm looking forward to getting rid of the Obese lable. Hate that word. I'd be happy with overweight for a while.
