It's just green tea. You consume the whole leaf, so you're getting all the vitamins and minerals from it. I drink it, but I just really like tea. It does have a little caffine, of course, but not as much as coffee.

Go for walks! Baby wearing has helped me a lot. Around the house, going grocery shopping. Just keep moving! (& hydrated, of course!)

My hubby cut out soda, and excessive junk food, and that worked for him... Because he wasn't replacing it with anything else. Essentially, he's just eating less.

I do "refrigerator tea" put the desired amount of tea in cold water, put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Yum! I like using plain black tea, with just a little fruity herbal tea, for flavor.

You could try frequent small meals (or snacks), instead of full meals

I love Davids Tea! Lots of selection. When you order online, they send you samples. I love me some tea! Unfortunately, my loose leaf is running low at the moment, and I'm broke.

I love salsa on salad! Especially fresh salsa, nom nom!

I love coconut oil as a facial moisturizer, & have never had an issue with it clogging pores. It's also supposed to have some antibacterial (I think?) properties, to help with break outs.

I'm 5', I'm 142, currently, and would like to get back down to the 105 I was, 3 years ago, when I got married. Two pregnancies in two years has been rough!

I had my second baby 7 weeks ago. The information the doctor's office gave me, while pregnant, said 200 mg of caffeine a day, which is about 12oz of coffee, according to them.

Are you breastfeeding, by chance? The estimation on that is 250-500 calories a day.

Maybe go with flowy bohemian type styles? They come with a lot my elastic waist/ties, plus airy, so they don't trap as much heat.

Eating breakfast (especially a fiber rich one) revs your metabolism for the day, and eating within a decent time of waking, is important too. A good breakfast should help you keep from overeating, the rest of the day, as your body tries to catch up.

I'm afraid I can't help too much, but I hear ya! Oatmeal is a good filling food, keeps me from needing a snack. I also found that if I make sure I have a snack in the afternoon, it helps keep me from going overboard at dinner. Also, make sure you're getting plenty of liquids, as thirst likes to disguise itself as hunger!
