  • Your liver needs to work properly for normal biological functions, if its sleeping your body wont work normally, if is recovering from too much alchohol it wont be efficient. Save yr drinking for a weekend night.

  • Hi all! Born in 57, bad arthritis, pre diabetic. Worked 16 weeks to lose 10. Now I can say 100#. Such a big number. But I am 20 pound less then 18 months ago.   • If u do lots of strength u need extra protein, ditto for sports and demanding workouts or physical jobs. Over 30 you may want to cut down on dairy protein, but every body different.   • I freeze 4 bottles of water, pack with you and set next to you in car, computer, working in kitchen, exercise. sip sip sip. As it melts.The rest will be in form of skim milk, sugar free Slurpies, cofee, cryst Al light, tea, sugar free gator aide, etc . Foods like lettuce, cucumbers, melons, etc have lots of water too.
