To wear fitted clothes and a waist belt over them! My waist is almost completely back but my belly needs a little more work! I have the same problem....apparently they say that cardio is the only thing that will reduce it... tummy flab is often the last place to lose the fat ( and the first place to put it on in my case ) I guess we need to persevere with the cardio and not give up! and strength train to build up as we will continue to lose…

muesli, nuts and yoghurt is always yummy and high in protein. but i love my cereal too....cant go past my all bran (though its not really that high in protein)--for me personally its a`real 'moving' experience!!
