you can still enjoy the foods you love....just less of it.....not as often or smaller serves. ...I have days like you do (we all do) and i know how frustrating it can be!!!......just dont deprive yourself all the time but when you know you're having a rich meal, eat healthier for the other meals....you can do this!....make your calories work for you!.....you can do this!!0
