High protein diets are the most difficult for your kidneys. Just ask the question in google and you will see. If you sign up on here and let it automatically set your nutrients for you and the recommended calories you need for your age, height, etc. per day, that should do it. Sounds simple, but the trick is...........to…

Oh wow I did that before too. I totally agree with "accountant_boi". However do not beat yourself up over this, it was a "lesson learning" day. Bottom line: "When you know better, you do better" . Go forth and eat sensibly :-)

Thanks for sharing, your dressing sounds good. What are the calories do you know? I can figure it out just thought maybe you have it.

I agree with rkeil29. I looked at your Food Diary and it looks like you are not consuming enough calories. If your goal is 1,600 you are coming in around 20% less than that most days. Who would have "thunk" it but eat more!

Here is a great link to info on protein sources :-) http://commonsensehealth.com/Diet-and-Nutrition/List_of_High_Protein_Foods.shtml

Well you are certainly not alone!!! I am the opposite right now, I am getting my eating under control and the exercise is not so good. I know I will get back to it so I am not too worried. I have been like you are in the past. I would do great all day, exercise, eat right and then the evening comes and even the cat's start…

Thanks for sharing, what a great way to start my Monday :flowerforyou:

I think you are on the right track. Eat, drink and be merry. Then the next morning, take some Aspirin :-), dust yourself off and get back to it. Life is to be lived. You have done beautifully!

Welcome Ben! Your plan sounds really good, you will be on here bragging about your weight loss before you know it!

Don't be disgusted, everyday is a new chance to do it better:wink: and 27lbs???? That is wonderful that is equivelent to a small child :-) Ok here goes, keep in mind you probably have nutritional guidelines as well regarding your food. You won't believe it but you need to EAT MORE TO LOSE.....I know, crazy isn't it? This…

Good Morning Diana! I dont know what I could say that everyone else has not already said. All good advice and encouragement. We all have our challenges (those damned little powder donuts and peanut butter)..., so don't beat yourself up, be nice to you, it's a new day, you have new friends and we can hold your hand and…

Well you are off to a good start :-) Welcome!
-
Tamara, I just looked at your stats, you are amazing, and an inspiration!
-
I certainly think you have come to the right place. It's a good support system and we can encourage each other. You took the first step, "it's a good thing!"
-
I think it depends on how many calories and what your ratios are. What fiber count do you have? Weight watchers would probably say you could bank SOME of those calories for another day during the week.
-
Well Girlfriend you came to the right place I think! I have never tried support before either, but so far it is pretty darned good. We are with you!
-
