Hi all I live in England and am curently on a post xmas diet and get fit plan.

I also use a Nintendo DS weight coach and after puting all my details in was shocked to find my BMI is nearly 40!!!!!!

I figure I either lose the weight this time or I could be joining a forum for stroke victims.

    Good luck to you. Definitely sounds better than the alternative you mentioned. =)

    Hi! I had a smiliar shocker when my Wii fit not only told me my BMI was like 35, but then as if that wasn't bringing the point home, the Wii Fit REDREW my avatar to match my BMI. ;-)
