It may have something to do with Fitbit or the MyFitnessPal website... mine isn't seeking this morning either. This happens maybe once a month for a few hours.

The pause button is your friend. Press as often as needed, walk around for 30 seconds, and jump back in. Eventually, you will not need to pause so much....but as you will see, even the people featured in the video need to take breaks!

There is a lot of good advice on here. I would also like to add that in addition to change in diet, I have gotten good results from taking classes- a couple core strength classes unique to my gym and also Les Mills CXWORX and Body Combat (all that punching is good for your obliques!).

I keep mine in my purse in a side pocket. A month or two ago some teenager hoodstar tried to pickpocket me (pick purse, more acurately) while I was considering which protein bar to buy at the Rite Aid. Luckily, I am too slick for him. I do a class once a week and I always look forward to it! I took both taekwondo and kickboxing for less than a year when I was young and found I was already very familiar with most of the moves. It's a great workout and a great stress buster :)

I work at a law firm and my boss wears one of two Eddie Bauer fleece vests to work every single day. Yes, even in the summer while complaining about being hot. The only time he dresses up is for court; then changes back into his vest when court is over.

I put in a dash of skim milk and 2-4 packets of splenda. When I want something a little more tasty (and I'm feeling rich!) I go to Caribou Coffee and get one of their "lite" options, which are pretty much all amazing and many are low sugar.

Mmmm...I eat it every day. Usually I mix in 1-1 1/2 tbsp. with plain greek yogurt, spread on a banana, or in a shake (made with yogurt and banana, and another protein- but only on usually when I have a very active day)
