As of this morning I can do 15 push up in a roll(girlie style). Just 3 weeks ago I couldn't even do 5. I am definitely building up my arm strength.

Hi All, I will be starting Ripped next week. Right now I am doing 30DS. On day 4. However I've already done 30DS before. I really just trying to prepare my body for Ripped in 30. It's great that there is a support group of this:smile:

Just started 30DS. This is my 2nd time doing this workout. I purchased Ripped in 30. Should be getting that one next week.

This is my 2nd go around with 30 days Shred. I did it last year and really enjoyed it. I agree with everyone else 30DS should not be done consecutively. Yes, you muscles need water after a hard workout. The scale will go out until your body gets use to the workouts.

Too much protein is hard on the digestion process. I've literally wanted to go to the hospital after being back up for days due to high protein diets. You have to find a balance between good cards, protein and fat. If not be prepare for the back lash.
