    love this post.feel the same way. i had lost 60lbs 180down to 125 but then i picked some weight back up. got kinda off focus. but by august of this year it is my plan to be at least back down to 120 (my goal is 115)

    38 here..27lbs gone..much healthier lifestyle and I can run that basketball court with the 20 yr olds...MFP has helped change my whole outlook

    I am 41 years young and ready to get my life back - my youngest child is 3 years old and I have been trying to get rid of this excess weight for about 3 years now but now I am have finally said "THIS IS IT" - I want to be fit and healthy and feel good about myself again and summer is coming.....shorts and bathing suits...Yikes but I am getting on track!! I need friends to help support me please!
