  • i use PF, there is not a lot of options where I live and it is cheap.   • ive just been going with what MFP tells me, Id rather under estimate the calories ive burned than overestimate and eat back calories I shouldnt be, and I do think that MFP overestimates the calories burned (that or people overestimate the effort they are putting in) for somethings. i guess unless i have a HR monitor there…

  • thanks! yeah I have heard a lot of good things about YMCAs but there are none that are closer than like 30-45 min from me and I am really busy during the week and just know I would never make it out that far!!

  • i try to have at least one rest day a week to give my body a chance to recover, its good for you! plus its nice to have one day a week where i can sleep in :D
  • yeah i put it in as circuit training too, I think thats what most people do for 30ds, as least that i've talked to.
  • just keep at it, day 1 and 2 were the worst for me but now im not sore at all :) also its okay to take days off it will just take you longer than 30 days to complete the whole thing!!

  • sometimes i just dont believe how much mfp says i burn. if i think it overestimates i just change it to a shorter amount of time to lessen the calories burned, i never add more minutes though bc i never feel its shorted me. i mostly just base it off how much effort i think ive exerted, its pretty much just a guessing game…
