So i'm starting the 30 Day Shred today and I was just trying to add it to my exercise on here but nothing came up...
How do I add it? or do I need to do it manually?

I usually put it as circuit training under cardio0

yeah i put it in as circuit training too, I think thats what most people do for 30ds, as least that i've talked to.0
