Hi everyone, I'm currently "off plan", but will be getting the new book soon and hope to jump back in. I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and love it, but my diet hasn't been very good. I'll try to jump in here more often and see how everyone is doing.

Unfortunately, the admin of this group (babeinthemoon)'s husband had a car accident recently and she's been dealing with that. She is full of excellent advice and will hopefully be back soon. The only thing I can suggest right now is follow Chris' plan for prep, portion out things ahead of time, make meat in bulk, etc.

I noticed a big difference in mine after doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, especially the Level 1. There's a lot of good ab work in there. It's still there, but getting smaller.

Because I'm a stay-at-home mom on a limited budget who lives in the country. No sidewalks here. It's easy to do the videos.

Week 1, Day 1 done! Yay! I am doing the podcasts off of 5k101. I have to run in the old horse pasture that needs to be mowed and ended up with soaking wet socks and shoes after because it rained last night. But I got it done!

I started today too! I do not have a smartphone and don't intend on getting one. I need to download iTunes to this computer, find my iPod cable and get the podcasts. I did it with the timer on my Fitbit today.

My library has some of the other JM videos, so I think I'm going to check out a few and see which one interests me and then do that on days I don't do the 30DS.

I just discovered today that Laughing Cow has a cream cheese triangle line too. I picked up the plain and garden vegetable. They also had cinnamon and another that I can't remember.
