I should clarify...the cholesterol med has not given him any trouble while doing lchf....it was prior to, that the over consumption of fat or grease would send him running.... much like alli diet pill.

Synthroid .01mg, atorvastatin (lipitor)20mg, lisinoprill, pantoprazole 40mg. I guess my first concern was if doing a high fat eating plan would med flush out to much fat... He has blood work done every three months to monitor thyroid levels...not sure what else but we are going to try and get copy of results at next appt.

I am also following a ketogenic way of eating. I love that I no longer have cravings. The food doesn't control me any more, and I'm full when I leave the table. I would get down right mean when on low cal- or low fat, and my energy level was all over the place. Keto.... I can live with happily

Place in baking dish, add pats of butter, salt and pepper to taste then cover with shredded cheese. Bake covered 350about 15/20 minutes then uncover for a couple to crisp up some of cheese....yummmmm....

Ok your calories are set so that you loose weight at a rate of about a pound to pound and a half per week. Exercise helps to burn fat. Weight training will build muscle. and muscle burns more calories. I take it day by day, sometimes I use all my calories some days none. I try to base it on if I am still hungry or not.
