Eat less carbs. Look at your diary and work out the sources of carbs and reduce them or replace them.

You might consider focusing on protein and fat first when youre meal planning.

Log what you usually eat, take a look at what has the higher carbs, seek alternatives for those foods.

First decide what your goals are, and if decreasing carb intake will help you achieve your goals.

If yes to both, log what you normally eat for a week and see what foods you eat are high in carbs what you can reduce without feeling that you are missing out.

If you are eating too much totally, that's enough. If reducing carbs leaves you in need of more calories, pick more foods that are higher in protein and fat and/or increase portions of foods that are higher in protein and fat.

What carbs are you eating? Biscuits, cakes? Bread? Pasta? Rice? Cereal? Fruit and veg?

unless there is a medical reason for it, you don't need to reduce carbs to lose weight, just calories.

More meat, more dairy (especially cheese), definitely more bacon, and less bread/rice/quinoa/potatoes.. oh and more bacon.

Meat, dairy, healthy fats, veggies that grow above ground (not in the ground)......cut out or limit grains and sugars.
