  • I used the podcasts that I found when I googled C25K podcasts... I hated running... I found each run challenging... I've had to repeat a few runs and didn't move on until I completed each run... in 4 months.. I ran my first 5K, which I NEVER thought I'd do... Get the app.. get the podcasts, or a timer or what ever...…
  • If my weight swings heavily from day to day (+ or -) I don't record it.. but if I continue on the trend the following day, then I will record it.. I like to look at my graph and see the overall progress....
  • Personally, I weigh every day.. in the am, after potty. I lke that I'm "in touch" with what's happening.. and it keeps me focused... I also know and am prepared for fluctuations.. so I don't get discouraged.... I just get determined.. Do what's right for you...
  • I think you SHOULD hang out with her... You should be around people that you want to be like. (on all levels... and not just physical) hope it helps!
  • I don't have an issue with not logging.... The way I see it.. I can't lie to my body... If I didn't log it... I'd only be fooling myself... Same goes for under logging what I ate or over logging my cardio... Hope this helps! Stay after it!!!!!
  • Woodchipper... Hand... So, obviously my fingers are much shorter... but the took my toe and put it on as my thumb.... so I've got one up to my wrist, and scar on my foot all the way up the top of my foot. Fun stuff!!! :-)
