I never really thought about it.. I am praying that darn scale keeps going down and until I see some major decline, I am afraid I will never get there. It stinks.. I have been doing the Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk.. It is on You Tube and makes it super easy to pull it up and do it while dinner is in the oven. Trying to do it 7 days a week. Last week only got to it 6 times. Good luck everyone..

I have had the same problem. I work the same shift you do typing medical records (sitting all night long)... I found the best thing to do is try to eat something every two hours while you are awake. A lot of time my "breakfast" in my diary looks like other people's dinners and "dinner" is breakfast food (before I go to bed…
