You look AMAZING! Can I ask how tall you are? Again, AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
You look amazing now, but I hope you know what an exceptionally GORGEOUS bride you were. Really and truly. :)

Amazing! Congratulations!

OMG. That's horrible!!! You look really fantastic, and I'm NOT proponent of rail thin. You look healthy. A degree doesn't mean sh**, when they're not YOU. You know who you are. You are amazing. Be proud and tell them you didn't ask for their advice and now they've alienated and hurt you.

Your results are amazing!!!

So happy for you! Congratulations!

You look great! Everyone has different goals and starting points. Congratulations!

10 lbs a month is not unhealthy. You've got some good advice on here. Good luck, but remember that some people simply lose slower than others. If that's you, don't get discouraged. It will happen if you are persistent :)

5'10"-11"ish Just had our fourth kid, short term goal is -50 lbs, long term -70. Feel free to friend request me!

I would say ok and keep doing what you're doing. He won't notice, and if he does just tell him you've just firmed up, you aren't losing. Sometimes you can talktalktalk and never get them to understand, so just do you-it's not going to hurt anyone.

Did you do round one for thirty days? I'm new, i thought you did ten days of each round. Am i going to kill myself!?!

Started the shred yesterday, can't wait to hit day 30 and take my after's!
-
LOVE that new suit! Congrats!

Yay! I'm so glad someone posted about this! I just started (today was day 2). I do it as soon as I drop my older kids at the bus stop. It's a lot for 7am, but it's then or never! I'm definitely feeling beat up today, but it feels good.

Thank you, and I'm so sorry about your mother. What a horrible disease :(
-
Thanks everyone! She was diagnosed a year ago, and is in the maintenance portion of her treatment. It's been a really rough road, she's had a tough response to the chemo. She actually just got home from a stint of solitary confinement in the hospital, for chicken pox. She's such a fighter :)

Amy, you're absolutely right. It is completely within their rights. I cannot help feel sorry for these people. With so much self loathing, weight loss is not the only solution they need to seek.

I want to be pregnant SO BADLY. In fact, I wasn't going to post and be the obnoxious thread crasher...but then I decided, wth! We have three. The youngest is going to be 4 soon, middle is 6 and oldest will soon be 8. We recently decided we want another. I lost 100 lbs after having the last baby, but in the past 8 months…

I live by the belief (on forums), 'If you wouldn't say it in person, don't type it while hiding behind a computer screen.' When a morbidly obese person comments on your fantastic weight loss and asks how you feel now; would you stand there in the parking lot and say, "I feel so much better now that I'm not the disgusting…

WHY would you WANT to lose muscle? I'm sure you're not a body builder under the fat. The fat isn't going to melt away and under will be this freakish Hulk character with disproportionate muscle mass. I've been at this for two years. After losing 100 lbs I can tell you, one week I would lose oz, the next multiple lbs, then…

Welcome and nice to meet you! Feel free to add me. Advice: take your journey one day at a time. Tell yourself, "I only have to make it thru today", and then do it every day after. It's so much easier to look at it that way, not too daunting. Stick with whole foods. Stay away from processed. Even though you're staying…

I got a consult for a tummy tuck a year ago. Was planning to get it when I had maintained for a year. Well, I maintained, but then life got REALLY ****ty and I gained some back. So, losing what I gained (20 lbs to go) and then getting it! I hope to get it done within the year. I'm FOR SURE getting one before I'm 30. This…

LOVE. Thanks so much :^)

I understand not being able to talk to her about the problems you two have. My mother is insane. Everyone says it, everyone has experienced (friends and family), and everyone ignores it. That's all we can do at this point. I tried talking to her, trying to fix things so we could have a healthy relationship. It was a…

I went from an E to a C when I lost all my weight. Gained 25 lbs and went up to a D! I'm really happy with them right now and hope I won't shrink again. I'm tall and DO NOT want small boobs.
-
Size really doesn't bother me. Don't get me wrong, I love fitting into smaller clothes, but what the label says doesn't determine how I feel. Buy clothes to fit your body, to flatter the hard work you do; don't try to fit someone else's standard.

I'm going to meet my short term goal in 8 more lbs. Then I'm getting a new Tattoo. 22 lbs after that, we're getting pregnant with #4 which we're keeping totally secret until I start to show ;^)

These are all fantastic ideas! Thank you so much :^)
