My pictures aren't that different, but I lost 10lbs. I'm doing the second round now, hoping for better results soon!0

Did you do round one for thirty days? I'm new, i thought you did ten days of each round. Am i going to kill myself!?!0

I did the first level straight through 10 days, took one day off and ended up taking 5 more days off randomly. I've taken one night off so far but I am pushing through the rest for the next 26 days.
It feels hard at first and you're sore, but your endurance goes up really quickly in the middle of the level.0
