All you can do is try your best :smile: I lost 12 lbs in a month when I did Whole30 + 1.8 lbs the following week (I only focused on the food part, this was without exercising). Eat well, workout, do your best, see what happens! Good luck :)

Ask a doctor first, everyone is different. Probably depends on if you are underweight/healthy/overweight/obese. But! Most say to add an extra 300 ish calories a day, like a large apple with peanut butter.

It's definitely possible. Try out whole30: www.whole30.com. Basically, No Grains No Legumes No Added Sugar No Dairy No Alcohol or Soda or Juice Only real/clean food (Meat, Veggies, Fruits, Nuts, Eggs, use coconut oil to cook). Drink TONS of water (warm lemon water in the AM is good too!) Good luck!

Before having a baby I used to dine alone for dinner all the time and go see movies alone etc. It was my 'me' time and I LOVED it. Not to mention, people (waiters and such) are usually extra nice to you because they feel bad you're all alone :)
