Love new recipes that can be froze. I usually add chopped green / yellow peppers,celery,maybe carrots & mushrooms to beef dishes.Whatever is in the fridge.Maybe spinach or kale too.0

Got more and how about snack ideas? 1200 Cal a day is going to be hard to stay with for 5 weeks!
You can do it! I stuck with 1200/day for three months. Lots of veggies (especially broccoli), lean meats (chicken breast, tuna), and the hardest part was staying away from the sweets/junk food. I find it easier to go "all or nothing" - just completely ban desserts except for one serving a week - because the "one bite a day" method just opened Pandora's box for me. Stick with it!1 -

I did make this and added a bunch of bell peppers to the recipe and just used the canned tomatoes and no tomato sauce. It was delicious, thanks for the recipe! Very filling when you add a bit of shredded cheese :flowerforyou:1 -
