Drink plenty of water, stay away from all soft drinks including diet soda, no sugar substitutes and take in less sodium (1,000 to 1,500 grams) your stomach will start to look flatter. That's what I try to do because the less water you retain the better. that's just my opinion and things I have read.

That would make sense to me considering you must lose all the weight around your waist in order for you to see any ab results I think it is either 2% to 5% fat around your waist. I have took before not know but in less you plan on eating right and you must exercise while taking them or you will not see results. If you do decide to take them drink lots of water and start off with 2 pills at every meal to allow your body to adjust to all that caffeine. : )

I am only 5'1 so I like a taller man the one I have now is 5'11 but it does not take much to meet someone who is taller then me.. lol but it is not a total deal breaker as long as he has a good personality.

yes I eat what I want, the rule of thumb is if you burn more then your taken in then you will lose weight. For now it is working for me and I am able to do 1200 calories and actually stick to it, in the past I have tried to eat healthy but in the end my body always craves the bad stuff and I end up quitting. That is a neat idea, think I might try it to keep me motivated. I use to put bigger pictures of me around the house but after a while those pictures seemed like they did not exist...lol so it was back to eating unhealthy and to much of it. So totally up for this new Idea of inspiration.
