Hi i'm currently just coming to the end of my 30 DS and i plan to move onto Ripped in 30 as similar 30day workout ect.. not checked my results yet from 30 DS but will when i finish i can feel a difference though. good luck and well done on your results so far. :-)

I have tried a Zumba class before and didnt enjoy it, too busy for my liking and to fast for beginners i felt i have the xbox with kinect and have currently been doing just dance and my shape which i love too. I heard about the Zumba rush game and thought i would give a go well Im in love with this game i brought it monday…

WEll done on completing i got to Lv2 day 5 and then started to slack quite angry with myself for letting my self give up again one day i will complete the 30 Day shred well done to all that stuck to it :-)

Had a busy weekend so onto Day5 Lv2 tonight might see if i can sqeeze Day 6 in to so i can finish Lv 2 by Friday well done all

Pushed myself to complete Lv2 Day4 last night and i did alot better i managed to keep up all the way through onto Day5 tonight half way mark yipee

Ok so i missed Tues night as my body is just not feeling my own it aches all over lol but i pushed myself to complete Lv2 Day3 last night and im going to push on for Day 4 tonight well done all for keeping it up just think of the amazing results at the end of it the pain will be all worth while :-)

Day 2 Lv2 completed last night onto Day3 tonight i do find u need alot of strength and determination on this Lv im still taking a breather in between some workouts hopefully ill be able to go all the way through soon well done all :-)

im currently doing 30Day shred on Day2 Lv2 this is the furthest i have got doing this workout as i usually stop and lose interest but im enjoying it it is hard work but totally doable as its only 20mins im enjoying Level 2 more than level 1 and iv had some great results so far after my first 10 days i would reccomend…

I completed Day1 Lv2 on Friday and rested the weekend as i was in pain with my knees, fully rested now so onto Day2 Lv 2 tonight :-)

Yeah was really pleased im happy with slow and steady to i didnt put this weight on in a week so its gonna take time to come off lol well done on your loss, im onto Day1 Lv2 tonight haha wish me luck

OK these are my Day 1 stats and below are my Day10 stats weight - 174lbs neck - waist - 37.5 chest - 43 hips - 47 thighs - 27.5 arms - 11.5 calves - 15 neck - 13 really please with my first 10 days results and im looking forward to my overall results now onto Lv2 tomorrrow :-)

Well done keep it up, i am yet to peak at lv2 or 3 lol ill be moving onto lv2 tomorrow, i hate the push ups with a passion i dont do them all like them Day1 i could barely manage 3 lol now on Day 9 im doing 18, 9 in each round of them so it is a improvement i also hate the lunges lol but managing now i can see a difference…

Day9 Lv1 completed last night onto my final Day of Lv1 tonight thank god starting to get bored now lol not looking forward to getting my butt kicked on Lv2 though, so do i take new measurements and weight today or tomorrow??

Ok i completed Day6 Lv1 and Day7 Lv1 yesterday as i had the weekend off, onto Day8 Lv1 tonight im excited about this i think this is the furthest iv got the shred, im excited to see Lv2 and to check my measurements on Day 10 well done all keep it up :-)

ok so didn't do Day6Lv1 last night but just completed it now and i plan to do Day 7 tonight as i missed Sat and Sun

OK Day4Lv1 complete still not able to do all of push ups :-( but i do some that counts dont it lol onto Day5 tomorrow and half way through Lv1 :-)

Ok Day 1 complete weight and measurements taken before so here goes to another 29 days :-) starting weight - 178lbs neck - 13.5 waist - 40 chest - 43 thighs - 28 hips - 47.5 arms - 12 calves - 15 this is the biggest i have ever been :-( so im going to work so hard at this good luck everyone :-)

Im in gonna try again with this iv tried before but was yet to complete the 30days so here goes i will do Day 1 tonight and also take my measurments before hand good luck all :-)

Iv just started swimming im doing it 3x a week along with my bums and tums class and crosstrainer on other days, im managing 20 lengths which is prob the most i have ever done but loving it at moment dont think im quite at 32 lenghts but i hope to up my lenghts each week well done on your progress :-)
