  • I don’t specifically plan for a cheat meal but I do go out to dinner. I try and pick something that keeps me close to my calories but I don’t worry too much about it. I try and think of it as a lifestyle not a diet.
  • Feel free to friend me IF you ALSO post your diary to friends.
  • I think it’s important to choose foods you really like. I do little things that I look forward to. I use the ultra filtered whole milk that I put into my capresso to make it foamy. I eat protein with every meal and make sure I get fat at every meal. I also drink a glass of Metamucil in the morning for the extra fiber.…

  • 1 cup rice, 5 cup Refried beans,1oz velveeta cheese and .25 cup salsa (I prefer rotel). Stir and microwave. I keep rice on hand in the fridge. It looks bad, but it tastes delicious. I use velveeta because it melts well. I know it's not that good for you, but it's only a little bit. It's my go to lunch when I'm busy and…

  • Wow! I've found my diet twins. We should keep this group going. It's great to see other women at the same weight and height and what they eat. I'm working on 1500 cals a day, I also alternate running and erging (indoor rowing machine). I target about 300 calories. I also walk the dog daily for another 200+ workout and am…
  • Stalled here too, but going to work on adding more veggies in my diet. I workout regularly, it's the nighttime eating... My goal for the week. Make a food plan and stick to it. I saw a picture of buffalo sauce on cauliflower. Has anyone tried that, or know what I'm talking about?

  • I love .5 cup rice, .5 cup refried beans, .25 cup rotel, 1oz cheese. Mix together and heat in microwave. 388 calories and very filling and satisfying. I eat for lunch or dinner.
  • Shakes are ok, but they tend to leave me feeling hungry sooner than later. If you are going to do that-- make sure it's high protein. Protein and fat leave you feeling fuller longer.
  • Have either of you added exercise to your regimen? Could be you need to shake things up a bit. If you do- give it 6 wks before your body accepts the change and decides to burn the calories and measure everything you put into your mouth. Did you know that a person who weighs 20 lbs more, typically eats only 200 calories…

  • Rowing can be fine on your knees. Just don't over compress. When you bend your knees, try not to let your heels lift off of the foot stretchers (place where you put your feet). Typically, you can burn tons of calories, because it's an entire body workout. Here's some videos to help with form.…
