I'm continueing to lose 1.5 lbs per week keeping daily count on requirements. :bigsmile: Not too much to fast! :noway: Just remember how important drinking that water is! I am up to 10 - 8 oz glasses a day. Seems to really help me. Our body has to work extra with the water we drink too. It replaces bad stuff in our cells.…
