I didn't go over yesterday, but we also went out to eat...heck this whole week has been a crap food fest lol. I can tell because I'm retaining water.,

For the past two years I've only worn sweats or stretchy stuff. I'm just now getting into my 'fat' jeans...19 jrs. I quit smoking and gained a LOT of weight. I just started the ellliptical, and I have some small weights. I hope to start doing more as well.

I smacked my forehead lol. I was like OMG I've had the WORST week so far and make a post lol. Yes, a lot you guys are saying makes sense. I'm a 'recovering' junk food junky...believe me, for me, I'm doing well....go back about two weeks lol.

I agree. I've had a horrible week (that time of the month) in my defense though, what I'm saying is the weight I have lost hasn't made a difference (at least much) that I notice in my clothing or when I look in the mirror.

MFP suggested that I recalculate them but I didn't. I'm losing steadily, in fact I started the first week of January.

Every morning I wake around 5:30 pee, and weigh myself. If I don't, the coffee I drink will add a lb to me haha.

For me personally it does. I'm rarely hungry in the morning and if I do eat breakfast, I most often don't feel satisfied all day. I generally eat around 11am ish, which lately has been a bowl of oatmeal that keeps me full the rest of the day till dinner.

Try having a husband who is "making better choices and losing weight' who not only eats what you eat, but what the rest of the family eats as well. He practices ZERO moderation either. UGH

I take it. It has been a month since I've started it and it works really good at helping me not feel as hungry. I began this making changes right along with the pill. I have lost 20 (by my scale) in under a month. I know that slows down but I'm on the right track.

I quit two years ago as well (August of last summer was 2 years). I put on a LOT of weight from it, but if I can shake it off, I promised myself I would never smoke again!

I gave up white bread and pasta. Not difficult, especially since it was the culprit for a whole slew of issues I was having. That said, I never gave up white potato's and I have them every day in a whole variety of ways lol.

That sir is AWESOMETASTIC!!! I myself gave up white bread and pasta, because I have found that it's causing my 'fibromyalgia' symptoms...But I eat the heck out of white potato's!!! I know, I know..bad -bad-bad. Lost 19 in under a month woop. Just portion control pretty much.

I love it. I've been taking it for 25 days now, and it really helps with portion control. For me, the problem was eating until I was beyond stuffed to feel satisfied. I'm hoping that as my Dr takes me off it, I'm able to stay in control. I've lost 14 lbs so far.

They're evidently blind! You look amazing, your belly is gone, and you face is much thinner, as are your legs! Great job.
