Some people need to eat before they work out. Maybe try a high protein snack or shake 30 minutes before you work out. (My bestie was having this problem and eating before her workouts totally solved it) Just a thought

I never eat mine back. In fact, I do not even log it here on MFP. I set my own goals because I am eating between 1500-1800 per day and working out 6 days per week (kickboxing cardio and resistance band strength training rotating every other day). I eat 40% of my cals from carbs, 30% from fat and protein respectively....

Love them and compare them to real food!! The choc chip cookie dough one is like opening a tube of that Pillsbury dough logs and eating that sucker... yum... AND microwave it and I'm in heaven!!

First she's too skinny... then she got too fat and looked bad in mom jeans.... then she had 2 babies and got even bigger and now she worked her a** off and looks amazing and they are saying she is too muscular? OY She looks amazing!! Haters gonna hate.....

Try power yoga for sure.... if you find the right teacher to challenge you it can be very intensive.

Eat 1400 per day every day and keep your regular workouts going... you'll be good to go!

Most of the time we mistake hunger for thirst. Be sure you stay hydrated especially at night. If you are DYING for something to eat, drink an 8 oz glass of water and then wait 10 minutes. If you are still starving then eat, but most of the time this works to beat that late night hunger fix.
