There are smarter ways to train. No thanks Jeff.

Never good to jump straight from a cut to a bulk instantly. Much better to slowly transition into maintenance and add in carbs slowly until you start to gain. Takes a short bit of time for your hormone levels to get back to normal after a deficit. Reverse dieting will help you to prevent from getting fatter sooner than…

Eat at maintenance or above. Not a big deal either way to me just a day.

Metabolically speaking it's not wise to jump from a bulk to a cut in one day op, that's how you gain more fat than necessary.

Google Jason blahas Novice program, also take a stop by his youtube and watch some of his vids on basic nutrition, It's annoying to others when you don't even try before asking OP.

There's no such thing as unhealthy and healthy foods. Just eat a balanced diet and make sure to get in your fruits, and veggies. On the dalieeeeeeeeeee.

I don't eat a bite until my whole day's planned normally

That's complete bro science. The only thing working is your calorie deficit meal frequency has virtually no effect on weight loss/gain.
-
Yea that's definitely wrong. At least your depth is good though. Focus on keeping your torso up you're collapsing forward out of what looks like incorrect form or a muscle weakness but with weight on your back it can become a srs prob. Try and keep the barbell in a straight line up and down on the eccentric, and cocentric…

Op slap whoever told you that, then slap yourself for listening to nonsense.

Bulking is what gives shape to the body. I was scared but it's realistically a lot easier to lose than gain size that takes time and if you do it right most of it will be lean body mass.
