Multivitamin in the morning. I will probably get some protein powder for smoothies this summer when it's too hot to cook.

    I take a B12 tablet every morning. :)
  • I take prenatal vitamins. I'm breastfeeding but even after she stops I'm probably going to still take them.

I take whey protein daily and I'm going to start having a multivitamin soon as I'm on a ketosis diet and need the vitamins carbs would've given me.

No. I do not see the need. I seem to be getting all of the required nutrients from my normal diet.

A multivitamin and a half dose of what is purported to be a preworkout pill. That one wears off in two or three hours. But it sets the tone for my day and gives me a nice energy boost. The rest is just coffee and tea for all day caffeine.

Glucosamine & MSM for my joints - I wasn't convinced but definitely find my knees click & grunge more if I forget to take them for a couple of days.
5-HTP reduces my insomnia to almost zero (gives really vivid dreams though!). I did hope that increase in exercise would reduce my need for them but unfortunately I've found that even if I'm physically exhausted I still often need the 5-HTP to stay asleep past an hour or 2.
I also often have a hwey protein shake as part of my breakfast as I breakfast at work so can't cook eggs and find protein keeps me fuller for longer.
