I have not looked at your diary but you mentioned an ankle injury. I would research exercises that you could do such as upper body or leg lifts...anything that you could do till the ankle gets better.

What about exercise? Changing up how and when you exercise might help if you hit a plateau.

I usually eat all of mine unless I am just really not hungry. I don't force myself to eat them. I have found though that if I am working our hard I am usually hungry enough to eat most of them.

What about your water intake? If you are working out twice a day you need to be drinking more than the recommended 8 glasses a day. If you are not consistent with that, it could cause some of the flucuations you are seeing as well. I do love the attitude and you will get through this and be the skinny guy that women love.…
