  • Thanks! How accurate are the steps...I work in retail and it was freight day...it logged almost 20,000 steps...it was a 10 hr day with lots of running around...but that seems like a lot of steps...i do know sometimes when I looked at it and moved it a certain way it would add steps...
  • I used to do that when I craved salty sweet high calorie bad foods. But now I just crave fresh foods :)

  • I just started so no results yet but I love it! EVERYONE i have talked to has seen results. For more cardio driven workouts there is ChaLean (same beach body company) geared more towards women and cardio.

  • Hey! It happens :). I didn't really track anything during thanksgiving because I was just too embarrassed. Today I have had 2 full size candy bars within about an hour of each other. Needless to say it' not one of my finer moments. Get some exercise in and relax...it happens. :)

  • That all depends on your effort, your BPM....it can range from 400-1000 depending.

  • If you notice, I am still under my calories. And this isn't an OFTEN thing. Family has been in town so we have been going out. It doesn't happen that often. AND I also under calculate my calories. So what I'm posting is at least 200 under what my hrm states.
  • I have epilepsy so a weight loss pill most likely won't be recommended. I can't even take sleeping pills, drink alcohol, get minimum amounts of sleep because it causes me to have seizures. I know I can lose the weight I just don't know why it's not showing as quickly as I would have liked.

  • I really wouldn't recommend measuring every week. It's like weighing yourself everyday. It's going to fluctuate, based on position of the tape or maybe being bloated. I'm measuring every 1.5-2 months. See how that works out for ya :)
  • Exactly! I've done a disc before and the whole time he states multiple times "take a break if you need it". That is the only workout program that I have seen that says that. The others are all "come on!! push through!! 1 more rep!". Which sucks because then you end up hurting yourself or burning out.
