how to weigh an apple

hey! i have a question about weighing an apple. You don't eat the whole weight of the apple ( the core) so do you still put in how many grams it is when your logging in your food. I hope this makes sense.. I'm just confused.. Help please!!

i usually go with the standard size of the apple (diameter) for an average.
But you can always weigh before, weigh after and subtract.0 -
you could weigh it before, then weigh after and minus the second amount from teh first
or cut it up first0 -
i usually cut mine and then weigh it. but you could just weigh the whole apple, and then weigh the core when you're done eating, then subtract the core weight from the whole apple weight

I eat the apples cut up so I just weigh that portion.0
