I quit 12 days ago. I keep wanting to eat instead but am doing ok by having a big drink of water and going for a quick walk to take my mind off it.

No pics because it really isn't very photogenic, but I made a butternut squash and red lentil curry in the slow cooker yesterday which was lovely and really filling.

I'll definitely be counting calories for the foreseeable future. After all the time and effort I've put into losing the weight I don't want to become complacent and risk gaining it back.

I'm currently working my way through a 'couch to 5k' app on my phone. The first sessions involved running for 1 minute at a time with walks in between. I happily eat most things, but I'm afraid I'm another kale hater. I've tried to like it but it's just nasty! All other greens are great so I have no idea why I find kale so repellant.

Porridge with fruit. I have a big bag of mixed summer berries in the freezer and usually throw a handful of those in. Keeps me nice and full until lunch.
