The plan was to thaw some cooked steak I have here in the freezer at work and have a steak stir fry. But they had racks of ribs on sale at Harvey's, so.......

    Ribs, green beans, stir fry veggies, sweet potato fries and a cup of mixed fruit. {strawberry, peach, mango and pineapple}

Anyone wanting to check out my "what's for supper???" thread on another site, here is the link, http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/rural-living/288289-whats-supper.html
It has lots of pictures and a few recipes.

Link didn't work. How do you post a link on here? Or it could just be my dying laptop.

    Taco Salad....

5 Cups - romaine lettuce (washed and cut)
4 oz. - ground turkey breast (cooked with a bit of garlic & chili powder)
60 oz. - light marble cheese
2 Tbsp. - light sour cream
4 Tbsp. - medium salsa (I like Fresh is Best)

It's a HUGE salad... and only about 400 calories

Baked macaroni and cheese (it also has carrots, spinach and chicken in it.) Sounds weird but it's really good. :drinker:

My lunch is my dinner, but I had spaghetti with noodles. I had to relearn portions so that now I can have it in the right portion that works for my body. I used to eat until I felt sleepy and laying on the couch type of satisfied.

No, that doesn't sound weird at all. The only things I would add are bacon and potato chips on top. Getting to goal and getting fit EARN us those great meals! Everyone can eat those delicious meals, but they can't do it without un-earning those calories first!

Cioppino :) (Salmon, clams, shrimp, and scallops in a spicy tomato sauce. Perfection.) Plus a small salad on the side.

I'm having my usual favourite :) Savoury turkey mince I guess you can call it -

    Turkey mince
Green Bell pepper (Aka Capsicum to the aussies out there)
    Onion
    Broccoli
    Minced garlic

After that is all cooked and removed from the heat, I put in some cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and some ground chilli pepper.

    MMMMMmmmmmMMMM yummmy!
