50 squats done! I have decided to do my daily squats on my lunch break at work. I did 25 at the beginning of my half hour break, and 25 near the end. I will be going to the gym after work to get in some cardio and do a couple of the upper body strengthening machines. Happy July everyone!! :happy:

Hey Kaye...... I dont eat very much meat, except chicken.... but I LOVE to make omelettes!! You can fill them with tons of veggies and low-fat cheeses. Good luck to you!!!
