Ripped in 30. Which is what I'm doing now. I have found it harder than 30DS but that's ok, it's more challenging, and I can build up to this more intense workout. Good luck, Anna x

Forgot to update. All done up to day 11. Had to place a blanket under my lower back for leg raises. May break them into 2 sets of 20 for the next day (tomorrow's rest day) as I felt my back starting to ache at around 23-25. Happy challenge guys :flowerforyou: :heart:

I used to weigh myself every single day. There were times when I couldn't help myself, and would jump on the scales even multiple times a day. And I was well on my way to going insane :laugh: So, I packed the scales away in a closet and they only come out on Monday mornings for my weekly weigh-in. Works much better for me…
