I normally eat oatmeal...but its hot today and thats not what I want....
What should I eat for a healtly breakfast being at work already???/

    I like a good fruit and yogurt parfait on hot days, good source of protein. Something to keep in mind for future hot days.

    Ok, so this won't help you today as you're already at work. But in future, if you still want oats and the weather's too hot, you may like to try no-cook refrigerator oatmeal:

    I started making it the night before (not every day though, as I do like my cooked porridge too), so I can just grab it in the mornings and don't have to spend any time preparing before work.

    I had 2 scrambled eggs and some fresh raw baby spinach stuffed into 1/2 a low carb pita.... easy to carry and eat on the way to work.
