I would like to join this challenge. I do not have the dvds. Is there a way to mimic this workout program? I have p90x dvds. Do you think it might have the same effect?

I think exercise is great for this type of situations. Even if you do it for 10mins, it will make difference. For this type of stress which will be over soon, I try to convince myself by saying that I will push myself for 2 weeks and then do whatever I want. Good luck!

You will be fine if you do not beat yourself up. Reaching your goal one week before or after does not matter as long as you reach it at the end. Just relax. You need to calm down. If you stress out, you will eat more. I think if you plan what you will eat ahead of time. you will not overeat. Keep healthy snacks with you. When you get really hungry, you can eat some.

I think consistency is important. When I do the same thing to burn more calorie over and over, I am developing aversion towards that exercise. For me variety helps to keep it up. I think you are doing great by doing both.
