  • I would rather have a "cheat meal" instead a full "cheat day". The cheat meal can satisfy your craving, the cheat meal can throw you off the bus!

  • I think it depends how many of those tiny bites you have during the day....if you have 1 or 2 that it's fine...but if you find yourself having 10 bites during the day that makes a full portion or anything ;)

  • you can reduce it by eating healthy, exercising and drinking lots and lots of water. To be completly cellulite free I think you'll need to be at the gym maaany hours each day and eating super super clean. Everyone has a little and we need to learn to live with it!

  • I used sparkpeople in the past...it is good, but I didn't get the feel of comunity I get here. I feel MFP is more personal.

  • mixed it with some cream of mushrroms and some onions and red peppers. cook for a couple of minutes, trasnfer to a baking dish put some grated parmesan on top and broil it for a little bit ;) with rice or on top of a toast is delicious
