I agree with the others stick to your calorie range. Increase your cardio. fill up with proteins after a workout. water water water... got to flush it all away. Remember sweat is fat crying!! good luck and keep us update

I never dip into my exercise calories... 34lbs down! just a thought.. Do you feel okay? watch out for hair loss.. Treat yourself once a week with the extra exercise calories for that day! take a great multivitamin.... I started with too few calories and noticed the hair "shedding" really fast... scary... very scary

someone told me this resently-"when you look in the mirror and YOU think you look good.. then you are at your goal weight" don't set your goal to low. Set it to 170.. see if you like it then if not... set another goal. This way you are less likely to give up!!! good luck

Leave it at 1350... we don't move around as much as we thing.. wear a pedometer for a couple of days it will show you exactly how many steps you are taking.... aim for 10,000 steps.. Good luck
